C4 Earthworks and C4 Equipment Rental is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations across our company. This is an entry level, in‑office position only , joining our Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. We support our project managers, field operations and other support teams. //c4equipmentrental.com/ Key Responsibilities Data entry•Invoice & expense processing / Timely & accurately Daily review & maintenance of multiple outlook inboxes Entering payments into Quickbooks, creating deposit receipts Create & maintain Vendor profiles Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Track missing receipts and communicating with supervisor Provide administrative support across all our companies Qualifications Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable to the ever‑changing needs of the company Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred (1 to 3 yrs) QuickBooks knowledge preferred; willing to teach the right candidate Adaptable to the ever‑changing needs of the company Must work on‑site daily (not remote/hybrid) Construction or equipment rental experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18•20 per hour Monthly insurance stipend after 90‑day probation Paid company Physician insurance after 90 day probation Paid time off and company holidays Advancement opportunities across multiple business units
