We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is onsite. Primary Responsibilities Enter and balance accounts payable transactions Monitor credit card charges and coding for expenses Assist with various accounting team projects Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and Vlookups Assist Financial administrators with help as needed Process accounts payable transactions Post all invoices into the accounting system Handle and resolve disputed invoices Request credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accounts Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices Why EquipmentShare?
