Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable/Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, oversee contract administration, and ensure compliance with financial standards. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing revenue cycles, and supporting the organization's financial health. This position will also assist with bids as needed and misc. duties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely collection of payments and accurate posting of debits and credits. Reconcile accounts regularly using QuickBooks to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. Manage contract administration tasks, including reviewing contractual terms, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Invoicing. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing issues, Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits and account reconciliation. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately and identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvement. Ability to perform detailed data entry using 10 key typing skills while maintaining high accuracy levels. Experience in administrative/office work preferred. Support ownership and other staff as needed.
