In-Person Overview Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong accounting background, extensive experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate has experience managing accounting functions for multiple companies/entities and can confidently handle a wide range of financial responsibilities.

This hands-on role supports a holdings company, where accounting responsibilities may evolve with business needs. The position combines full-cycle bookkeeping with light office management duties and requires someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Process and oversee AP/AR transactions across multiple companies/entities Utilize QuickBooks (preferred), Sage, or similar accounting software Prepare and review journal entries in compliance with GAAP standards Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis Oversee payroll processing, including tax filings and reporting Maintain accurate financial records, debits, credits, and account reconciliations Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, budgets, and financial analysis Support month-end and year-end closing activities Provide administrative and office support to maintain efficient daily operations Qualifications & Skills Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience required Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online preferred Extensive Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Experience managing accounting functions for multiple companies/entities strongly preferred Proven knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations Proficient in typing and 10-key data entry with high accuracy Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills Experience with payroll systems and financial record management Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 3 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping or Accounting experience preferred Experience working in a multi-company environment is highly desirable Interested Apply today!
