Job Description

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper with a strong background in accounting and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting our management team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations Provide support during audits and tax filings Perform other tasks as needed
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g., QuickBooks) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • .A background in restaurants, food service and construction is a plus CPA or relevant certification Experience in financial analysis or reporting Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (if applicable)
