  • Full-time South St Louis County CPA firm seeking experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
Qualifications include:
Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and online versions Proficiency in Excel Good customer service and phone skills Ability to work as a team or alone Self-starter with a positive attitude Professional when communicating with clients Duties include: Various levels of bookkeeping for
MULTIPLE
clients Process A/P and A/R, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements Field questions and provide guidance and/or training for client use of QuickBooks Flexibility in schedule
  • extra hours worked during busy season are banked and can be taken as time off during summer months
