Responsibilities Perform the daily posting of accounts receivable remittances Process bank deposits and deliver to bank on a daily basis Prepare credits for returned goods as approved by various departments Back up to Accounts Payable Research customer past due balances and/or short pays to find resolution Ensure prepayments or credit hold issues are resolved prior to shipment of goods Communicate effectively with customers, management and team members Other duties as required Requirements Background in collections and receivables. Previous experience or education in Accounting is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment as needed Valid driver license About us!
