Job Title:
Full Charge BookkeeperOur client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the business. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the books, maintain accurate financial records, and support leadership with timely reporting and financial insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accountsProcess payroll and maintain payroll recordsPrepare journal entries and monthly financial statementsMaintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare sales tax filings and other routine compliance reportingWork with external accountants during audits and tax preparationMaintain organized financial records and documentationIdentify process improvements to support efficient accounting operationsQualifications3+ years of full charge bookkeeping or related accounting experienceStrong understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesExperience with payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platformsStrong Microsoft Excel and data entry skillsHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
