Beacon Hill Financial is currently recruiting for a contract to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Weldon Springs, Missouri area. This role is paying between $21-$26/hr and may have hybrid ability after the first 6 months of training. If interested in hearing about this role more in depth, please apply. Accounts Receivable Specialist This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and apply customer payments, including checks, ACH, and other forms of payment Review and enter credits, adjustments, and account corrections as needed Generate and distribute customer invoices, statements, and billing documentation Upload invoices and supporting documents into customer billing portals when required Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records Assist with cash application, account reconciliations, and aging reports Support month-end close processes related to accounts receivable Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or related business field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Preferred Experience:
