PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an AR Specialist for our client located in St. Charles County, MO for this temp-to-hire opportunity .
What You'll Do:
Ensure accurate financial records by reviewing transactions, processing credits, and updating customer accounts. Manage invoicing processes, including uploading and generating billing statements. Provide top-tier customer support by handling billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Process and record payments efficiently to maintain up-to-date financial data. Stay organized by managing invoice distribution and meeting critical deadlines.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
