Job Description
Job Purpose:
The accounts payable processor will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers. This position is critical for ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.Reasonable Accommodations Statement:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in amounts, account coding, and approval. Respond to inquiries from vendors, and resolve payment discrepancies or issues. Maintain organized records of all transactions, invoices, and payment documentation for audit and financial reporting purposes. Review and post all purchase order invoices Freight bill to freight invoice matching and posting Review and post recurring monthly billing statements for all operations and departments Communicate and maintain positive relationships with internal departments and team members to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations (e.g., sales tax, vendor contracts). Perform general administrative and accounting support as required by the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Finance Manager. Meet daily, weekly and monthly processing requirements. Review open purchase orders for posting and closurePosition Qualifications:

- Understanding and adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., tax compliance). Problem

- Quickly identifying and resolving issues related to invoice discrepancies, payment errors, or missing documentation. Education
- Minimum High School or equivalent GED. Understanding of accounting is an asset Experience
- No previous experience is necessary.
