Job Description

TITLE Accounting Clerk
DESCRIPTION ISLAND VIEW CASINO'S
Accounting Department is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the casino, including tracking revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. We are seeking an 
ACCOUNTING CLERK
 to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and profitability of the casino. The Accounting Clerk provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Performs daily accounting and financial functions. Entering data in computer, recording, calculating, summarizing numbers and reviews documents for completion.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
 High school diploma or GED required. At least 1-2 years of previous accounts payable experience required. Must have a valid Driver License or state issued ID and be able to gain and obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of office equipment such as 10 key calculator, computer and copier/fax/scanner. Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
