Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of tasks that keep our business running efficiently. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping duties using Sage, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Handle front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, correspondence, and client records Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and supply inventory Assist with data entry, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and prompt response to inquiries Support personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and task prioritization Skills Proficiency with accounting software for bookkeeping and financial management Strong office management skills with experience in clerical tasks and administrative support Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry accuracy Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and fax machines Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently Join us in a role where your organizational talents and customer service excellence will shine! Pay:
$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
