Position Summary:

As a Powersports Dealership Accounting Professional Associate, your key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, verifying invoices, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP): Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy. Match invoices to purchase orders and approval documents. Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers. Maintain updated vendor files and address inquiries. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices to customers. Post customer payments and manage cash application. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts (collections). Resolve billing disputes and maintain customer records.

General Accounting:

Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger. Bank Reconciliation Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 years experience in accounting, specifically AP/AR, is required.
