Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

Posting properly approved company purchase orders received for payments on vendor's accounts Various accounting department administrative duties Makes recommendations to management for process improvements and problem resolution Performs additional duties as assigned HS Diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in accounting is preferred Prior dealership experience a plus Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other business software applications is needed Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment Professional, courteous, and customer-centric attitude Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
