  • Friday 7:00am

Job Description:
Post customer payments by recording forms of transactions Verify and input transactions from the lockbox and other deposits Maintain microfilming invoices, debits, and credits Look into sales, trade promotions, and clients when needed to validate account discrepancies Enter adjusting entries to resolve or authorize deductions Follow deductions procedures to resolve invalid transactions Resolve collections by examining payment plans, payment history, and credit line Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts Operate software such as Encompix, Microsoft Excel, or other necessary software
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience and/or education in Accounting, Data Entry, or Finance Ability to keep the information confidential Ability to work independently as well as with a team Strong organization and communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other essential software Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
