Kalispell MT - Hybrid option availablePURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including ad hoc billing and credit memos, high-level collections, and cash applications. They are responsible for analyzing AR aging's, resolving disputes, and supporting month-end close.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Monitors all major bank accounts for funds received. Posts all accounts receivable payments to ERP. Processes credit card payments and submits batches to processors. Resolves credit balances and customer account payment issues. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer disputes. Completes New Customer Set ups and establishes and maintains credit limits and credit terms on new and existing customers. Evaluates orders placed on credit hold, analyzes overdue accounts, and aggressively pursues collection of cash. Works with customers to create efficiency and automation in the payment process (e.g., ACH, B2B Portal, etc.). Supports Assistant Controller as needed Works with other departments to resolve issues Other duties as assignedABOUT OUR COMPANY
