Job Description

We are looking for an AP, Payroll, Accounting Supervisor Roundup Memorial Healthcare, a Billings Clinic affiliate organization, is a rural integrated health care organization. This integrated facility brings together a physician clinic and 25-bed critical access hospital services to deliver quality coordinated care that is convenient for our patients. Our board-certified family practice physicians and professional staff provide quality care for the entire family. Services offered include medical, surgical, and swing beds, hospice, physician clinic; emergency department, radiology and laboratory services, and physical therapy. Under general supervision, the AP, Payroll, Accounting Supervisor performs accounts payable, payroll and cash management functions in accordance with established policies and procedures for RMH. Responsible for the accurate verification of vendor invoices for purchases and timely processing of payments. Assists in establishing Accounts Payable processes and procedures and staff training. Is responsible for acting as a resource to managers/supervisors regarding RMH pay practices and payroll processing guidelines, including general payroll processing information at new employee orientation and informational sessions, and as requested, at departmental staff meetings. Will serve as Kronos time keeping system administrator. Is responsible for daily cash management, transferring funds, tracking the grant income and commitments as received from managers dealing with grant and tracking the expenditures by project and by grant and reconciling said information with managers as needed.
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • Lawson, Kronos, MHC experience preferred
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
