PART TIME OFFICE PERSONNEL - QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time office personnel to join our team. If you are passionate about financial accuracy and have a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, we'd love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Utilize QuickBooks to process invoicing and payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a bookkeeper with an understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (online or desktop).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities. Flo Foods is the corporate office for the Captain D's Franchise in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
