Bookkeeper

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions. This position requires proficiency with QuickBooks Online and offers flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure data integrity within QuickBooks Online.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
• Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decision-making.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare necessary adjustments to maintain financial stability.
• Assist with year-end financial review and reporting as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions.
• Support the implementation of best practices in bookkeeping and financial management.
