This role is an important part of our daily operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping keep things moving, and being part of a supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office where no two days are exactly the same. The right person takes pride in accuracy, communicates well with others, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Responsibilities Accounts Payable
  • Enter vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately and timely
  • Assist with invoice approvals and follow up with project managers as needed
  • Maintain organized digital files and supporting documentation
  • Help track subcontractor paperwork including W-9s and certificates of insurance
  • Assist with weekly payment processing and AP reporting
  • Research and resolve invoice or coding discrepancies
  • Support accounting and job cost tracking processes Office & Administrative Support
  • Assist with organizing office files and documentation
  • Help collect receipts, expense reports, and supporting paperwork
  • Support per diem and reimbursement tracking
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports as needed
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks
  • Help coordinate office supplies and general office organization
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and office personnel
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and operations teams Qualifications
  • Prior accounts payable, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Construction or subcontractor environment experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
