We provide exceptional service, competitive pricing, and high-quality fuel and energy solutions across seven divisions: Local Fuel Delivery Nationwide Fuel Delivery Storm & Emergency Response Fuel Transport Delivery Potable Water Services Fuel Polishing Industry Related Projects As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative & Accounting Specialist to join our team. Position Overview This role combines customer service excellence with accounting and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial and operational records. You will be a key point of contact for customers while supporting invoicing, payment processing, data entry, filing, and other accounting-related functions that help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Customer Service Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer support. Assist customers with account inquiries, payments, and product purchases. Welcome and assist visitors and customers at our office. Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently. Build positive relationships through excellent communication and service. Accounting & Administrative Responsibilities Process customer invoices based on daily fuel deliveries. Enter and maintain data with a high level of accuracy. Process customer payments and daily credit card deposits. Assist with accounts receivable functions and customer statements. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Scan and upload operational documents and delivery tickets. File vendor ACH reports and supporting accounting documentation. Support monthly inventory procedures and reconciliations. Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, accounting support, accounts receivable, or office administration. Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
