Job Description

Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and reconciling accounts, while also handling front-desk duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry, and reconciling accounts. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate team members. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Maintain accurate records and file documents appropriately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely processing of accounting tasks.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Good communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
