Accounts Receivable/ Billing Specialist

Job Description:

The Billing Specialist will report directly to the VP- Finance. The primary responsibilities for this role include: Accounts Receivable Process routine weekly invoices for our customers Process miscellaneous billings, including debit and credit memos. Responds to inquiries from customers. Work to resolve billing disputes and errors. Maintain accurate and complete billing records. Work with driver managers to ensure drivers submit required paperwork on a timely basis. Communicate clearly, encompass a well-rounded attitude, and take a proactive approach to building and maintaining customer relations. Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the candidate should possess at a minimum… High school diploma.

Other Requirements:

Billing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable experience. Strong organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

Prior experience with Sage Prior experience invoicing (1+ year). Mastery level Excel skills.
