If so, read on…and then apply! This Accounting Assistant would be working on an onsite schedule in the Raleigh, NC area. As the Accounting Assistant you would be responsible for:

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Entering invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and data entry
• Assisting with expense reports and basic reporting
• Maintaining organized documentation and financial files
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Supporting the team during month-end close
• Various ad hoc projects You will partner and work alongside a respectable, dedicated group who very much enjoys working together. To be considered for this role you would need to have:
• 0-2 years of accounting, finance, or office support experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Basic Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
