Job Description

Dakota Air Parts and its strategic partners specialize in buying, selling, and support of rotor-wing (Helicopters) and fixed-wing aircraft, turbine engines, and parts both domestically and world-wide. We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accounting and HR Assistant to join our team immediately. Learn from the best in the exciting Helicopter and Aviation industry. We invite you to apply! •This position is on-site at our Fargo office (not remote). Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday•Functions and Duties include: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Process credit card payments and check runs Credit card reconciliation Record invoices and payments in accounting system Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, new hire paperwork Filing and organizing paperwork Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates must have: General bookkeeping/accounting experience or education Associate accounting degree (preferred) Experience with Quickbooks or equivalent accounting software (preferred) Attention to detail Organizational skills Multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment Quick study with various applications, programs, and communication platforms
