Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description We are partnering with a long-standing transportation company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Minto, MN. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working with numbers. Responsibilities Process driver payroll information and trip envelopes Balance and process fuel invoices and reports Process child support payments and garnishments File fuel tax and monthly reporting documents Issue travel permits and maintain fleet records Assist with accounts payable Train new drivers on required paperwork and procedures Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with a 10-key calculator Strong organizational and communication skills
