Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Billing Specialist . This position plays a key role in supporting Sustainable Beef's financial operations through a variety of billing and customer account management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable using Business Central ERP. Enter invoices and accurately post them into the ERP system. Match and verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery slips, and related documentation. Communicate promptly with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies. Adhere strictly to billing and reporting deadlines. Support weekend operations on a scheduled rotation, as required. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Verify bill of ladings and sales orders to ensure correct quantities and products are loaded on outbound trucks. Record hide counts into the inventory system and generate corresponding sales orders and invoices. Prepare and manage shipping documents for outbound product loads.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in billing, accounts payable, or financial operations preferred (experience in a manufacturing or meat processing environment is a plus). Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Business Central experience highly preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle pressure. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks to completion. Professional demeanor with commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
