Job Description
Western Edge is looking for Office personnel for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and advertising using Retail Pro and Quick Books Software programs. This position is a supportive job for a retail company that is in the business of servicing consumers and will be combined with performing retail sales duties (approx. 20% of your day) greeting, helping, and cashiering our customers, as well as general retail duties. Hours are 10-6 daily, with rotational Saturdays required as staff shortages occur and with seasonal business fluctuations. Accounting Degree, Finance Degree Preferred Accounting Experience or Bookkeeping Experience is required Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong computer skills: spreadsheets and database Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment Flexible and open to change Stable and progressive work history Results oriented Detail oriented Hard-working Efficient Team-Oriented Desire to continually learn and grow Reliable Able to multi-task Able to work with minimal supervision Ability to learn and run a multi-line phone system including taking messages and transferring calls
