Match lien waiver documentation to payment remittance. Accurately match cash account payments and credit billings to the correct invoices after each billing. Maintain an electronic filing system for all computer printouts of entry batches and reports. Balance a GL at month end against deposits for closing month. Keeps an electronic log of daily deposits Record all tax exemptions for the month and remove from current invoices prior to month end close.

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills including outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public always Maintain open communication with plant, crusher, and scale operators Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
