Job Description

Turner Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounting Assistant (24-30 hours per week) to support our Finance Team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values organization, and can manage a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a collaborative office environment. This position provides day-to-day, on-site support for our finance operations at our Concord, New Hampshire office. Turner Group is a team of architects, engineers, and building scientists who solve tough problems, design smarter buildings, and support each other along the way. What You Will Do:
Assisting with payroll processing and employee onboarding coordination Supporting accounts payable activities Coordinating internal professional development discussions Preparing and managing annual state reports and registrations Assisting the Chief Financial Officer with audit preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For:
Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred Familiarity with general accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Suites especially Excel Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
