What You'll Be Doing:
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timelinessMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentationCode invoices and enter data into the system for payment processingReview and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teamsPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsMaintain organized, audit-ready AP recordsAssist with month-end close and reporting as needed
