Job Description

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a meaningful company in Nashua, NH in search of a Part-Time Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
General accounts payable and receivable activities Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Assist in payroll processing Support general bookkeeping functions including data entry and record maintenance Assist with month-end processes and reporting as needed Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role Experience with an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Excel High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a part-time setting Compensation ranges from $32-$35/hr DOE.
