We provide reliable, high-quality chassis solutions to support the logistics and supply chain industry. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented AP/AR / Office Assistant to join our team and manage full-cycle financial operations alongside vital administrative support.
Financial & Bookkeeping Management:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks, ensuring precise data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliation. Perform daily bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure flawless financial data. Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording all debits and credits. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, driving timely vendor payments and proactive collections. Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and summaries to support executive decision-making and compliance. Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other governmental reporting obligations. Support corporate budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in long-term financial planning.
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and scheduling. Manage corporate correspondence, email triage, and incoming communications. Handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, corporate, and personnel information with absolute discretion. Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in a dedicated bookkeeping, and accounting.
Software Proficiency:
Deep proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Core Competencies:
Strong background in bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting, AP/AR, and payroll processing.

Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to
