Job Description
We are construction company looking for a bookkeeper with 10 years construction experience to join our team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: Accounts Receivables & Collections Accounts Payable Payroll Processing Be familiar with prevailing wages and Davis Beacon Fringe Benefits Submit and follow up on monthly billings on Federal and State projects Annual renewals of health and business insurance Workman's Comp and General Liability Audit Process Managing bank & general ledger reconciliations Candidate must have an accounting degree and 10 years construction accounting experience. Must be proficient in Excel & creating spreadsheets. Experience with SAGE Accounting Software a plus. Good organization and time management skills.
