This Accounts Receivable Specialist role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting operations, collaboration with a high-performing team, and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management. Assist with month-end close activities related to AR. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience). 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
