P. Fashion Corp. is a hair accessories and costume jewelry company located in Carlstadt, New Jersey . About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities AP / AR (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) management and general accounting duties Banking-related tasks, monthly closing, and year-end closing work Processing vendor invoices and managing payments Organizing, analyzing, and creating reports using Excel Other related duties as needed Qualifications Prior accounting experience required Strong Excel skills required (experience with EDI systems preferred) Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to commit to long-term employment Preferred Qualifications Experience with order entry or inventory systems (EDI or similar) Experience in wholesale, distribution, or sales operations Bilingual in English and Korean Work Schedule Monday
