Our affiliated entities include management services, DME, legal, and healthcare-related businesses. We operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly accountable Full Charge Bookkeeper to support financial operations across all entities. Position Overview The Full Charge Bookkeeper will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations across multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role requires someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment and can manage multiple accounts with precision and accountability. This is not an entry-level role—we are looking for someone who can own the numbers , identify discrepancies, and proactively drive financial organization. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities (MSO and affiliated companies) Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across all business units Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform monthly bank and expense reconciliations Coordinate with lockbox and third-party posting systems for accurate cash tracking Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, P&Ls, and supporting schedules Assist with physician disbursement calculations and reporting Ensure proper classification of expenses and intercompany transactions Work closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Support audits, compliance requirements, and tax preparation with outside accountants Identify inefficiencies and implement improved financial processes and controls Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper (multi-entity experience preferred) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Experience handling multiple entities and intercompany accounting Healthcare, MSO, or multi-location business experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow management High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership Preferred Experience Experience with Gusto payroll or similar systems Familiarity with medical billing, collections, or RCM workflows Experience working with legal/arbitration or healthcare-related financial structures Background supporting rapidly scaling organizations What We're Looking For Someone who is proactive, not reactive A problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what's wrong Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-expectation environment A professional who takes pride in clean, accurate financials Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative and dynamic leadership environment How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience managing multiple entities and financial reporting.
