Job Description

We are looking to fill our accounts payable position as soon as possible! (Also handles bookkeeping & Office Manager roles).
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
  • 2 years experience or more required.
  • VERY well organized, good memory for procedures, ability to multitask, trustworthy and confidential.
  • Ability to use Microsoft based software with multiple applications and generate reports.
  • Position can be part time or full time and hours adjust seasonally with our peak spring and winter seasons.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
This position also acts as the office manager and will need to order office supplies, check emails and be able to answer the phone. Competitive pay; depends on experience.
