Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accounts payable invoice processing between purchase order receipt platform (ENVI) and accounts payable platform (SAGE) Admitting/registering patients Inventory assistance and purchase order receipt Scheduled hours are determined by volume and staff vacations, etc. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Working knowledge of MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with the surgeon's office, patients, patients' family members, staff, and insurance companies. Ability to read, write and understand documents, correspondence, and memos required. Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral communications. Critical thinking skills required. Working knowledge of MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with the surgeon's office, patients, patients' family members, staff, and insurance companies. Ability to read, write and understand documents, correspondence, and memos required. Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, and oral communications. Critical thinking skills required.
