We are seeking a dependable and proactive individual to join our team. Position Overview This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with general office support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and financial tasks. You'll play a key role in keeping both our financials and office operations running smoothly. We are open to training the right candidate who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with computers and office software. This role requires daily use of multiple computer systems and software for bookkeeping, communication, and office operations. Comfort working on a computer is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Create and send purchase orders (POs ) to vendors and track orders Communicate with customers regarding billing, payments, and general inquiries Assist with report creation and financial tracking Maintain organized and accurate records (digital and physical) Monitor and manage office inventory (paper, supplies, breakroom items, etc.) Support day-to-day office operations and assist where needed Qualifications Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred but not required Strong understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes (or willingness to learn) Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency in: QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Microsoft Outlook Adobe Acrobat (PDF management) What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through A self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and acts on it Reliable, consistent, and professional Comfortable working in a small team environment Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Consistent weekday schedule with early Friday finish How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
