Full Job Description About Us:

We are a growing automotive dealer group seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate has prior dealership accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and post daily receipts, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Work closely with sales, finance, service, and title departments Prepare and maintain schedules for manufacturer receivables, warranty receivables, and vendor accounts Research chargebacks and short payments Maintain accurate records and documentationAssist with month-end closing procedures Ensure compliance with dealership accounting policies and manufacturer requirements Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with dealer management systems such as CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Dealertrack preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong communication and follow-up skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding dealer group How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief summary of your dealership accounting experience through Indeed or to .
