  • $60,000 Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses Wilmary Building Service Corp is a growing commercial cleaning and facility services company serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Current clients include Home Depot, CitiMD, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, and the Somerset Patriots. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, payment posting, collections, account reconciliations, and customer account communications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or collections experience QuickBooks experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Monday through
Friday Flexible Shift Options:
8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM 10:00 AM
  • 6:00
