In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Your expertise will support the company's financial integrity, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth cash flow management. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting software, financial concepts, and industry regulations, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence. Duties Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. Process accounts payable transactions accurately by verifying vendor invoices, preparing payments via checks or electronic transfers. Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations for accounts receivable and payable to ensure data integrity. Assist with month-end closing procedures by preparing financial reports and supporting audit documentation . Support payroll management activities by collaborating with payroll systems. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial workflows. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles. Proven proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel. Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities efficiently. #2089
