Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and thrive in a deadline-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, approvals, and payment processing (ACH, wire, check runs) Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows

Qualifications:

3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required Ability to handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
