You must have knowledge when it comes to sales tax exempt forms. Please don't apply if you do not. Duties Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. New account set up Utilize financial software and accounting systems to maintain accurate records of transactions. Processing debits and credits Sales tax form validation and entry Lein waivers Month end closing Plus miscellaneous small office tasks Requirements Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field A MUST Familiarity with accounting software and financial software is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
