Job Description

Job Title:
•Accounts Payable Representative Location•Secaucus, NJ (On-Site)
Role Type:
•12+ Months Contract (Possible extension/conversion)
Job Duties:
Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, and other organizations or individuals. Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, and other supporting documents, and prepares payments. Maintains accurate payment and transaction records.
Experience & Education:
0-2 years of experience in a related field. Familiarity with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. Comments for
Suppliers:
Computer literate. Experience with Excel is required. SAP/Ariba experience is preferred. Knowledge of CapEx processes is a plus.
