Job Description:

Our client, a well-known HVAC manufacturer , is actively hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Manasquan, NJ! This role will be oniste. •This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!• In this role, you will be responsible for processing and recording company payables, ensuring vendors are paid on time, and maintaining accurate financial records . You will help verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, wire, or other approved methods Reconcile vendor statements Support audits by providing documentation

Skills:

HS Diploma required, an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite is preferred Knowledge of 1099 reporting requirements Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
