Auto Image, Blazing Visuals Sign Shop, Energy Solutions Window Tint, Media Tune Job Description The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple operating entities within LTL Management Group. This role supports the Senior Accountant by handling day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring timely transaction processing, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multi-entity bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries Maintain general ledger accuracy across all supported brands Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wires) Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies Generate and distribute customer invoices Record incoming payments and apply to appropriate accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with payroll data preparation and verification Ensure accurate recording of payroll entries in the accounting system Ensure proper intercompany transaction tracking and reconciliation Maintain organized financial documentation and audit trails Assist in preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting best Support the Senior Accountant with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting Assist with process improvements and system enhancements Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel are essential to this position Work Environment On-site role based in Tinton Falls, NJ Collaborative, small-team environment supporting multiple business units Fast-paced setting with shifting priorities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, vision insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Supplemental Ancillary benefits offered Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within LTL Management Group Equal Opportunity Employer LTL Management Group is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
