Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations in a stable, supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, flexibility, and clear expectations. It is a fun atmosphere, and it is a contract to hire position!!!!!!!! The hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly) Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with budgeting and tax preparation as needed Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely processing of payroll General Ledger reporting with Journal entries Administrative functions as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in related field Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks as well as being able to learn and work in other software platforms Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
